Who is it for?

Whether you have been pastoring for decades, leading a ministry, heading up the kids' or youth department, leading worship, or just stepping into a leadership role, this conference is for you. Our mission is to encourage, equip, and inspire you for the season ahead.

*As a movement we are passionate about raising and releasing the next generation of leaders. To that end, we are subsidising this conference so that if you are aged between 18-25 you go free. You only need pay for your travel, accommodation, and food.*

Our Speakers

We’re thrilled to announce that two inspiring and powerful speakers have already been confirmed for ACMC 2025, with even more remarkable leaders to be announced soon!

Gavin is the CEO of the Evangelical Alliance. He has a burning passion to see the church working together to share the Gospel throughout the UK. Formerly the leader of Youth for Christ and chair of Spring Harvest, he’s an ordained evangelist and regular public speaker, and has authored six books. Married to Anne, they have two children, Amelie and Daniel. He loves new challenges, is a passionate AFC Wimbledon supporter and was part of the team that broke the World Record for the longest 5-a-side football match.

Mark has been in church leadership for over 25 years and also led Elim's national youth ministry for 10 of these. He also served on Elim's National Leadership Team from 2010 to 2018 and is now the General Superintendent of the Elim Pentecostal Church. He believes in team and seeks to inspire and empower those around him to step into their God-given potential.
